We want you to love your new eyewear! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a strict but fair 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your sunglasses must be in the exact same condition that you received them: unworn, completely free of scratches or signs of wear, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging (including cases and cleaning cloths). You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email).
2. How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at contact@keymondo.shop. You must include your order number and the reason for your return.
If your return is accepted, we will send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs and make it right.
- Customer Remorse / Change of Mind: If you are returning the item simply because you changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. The Refund Process We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item. We will let you know if the refund was approved or rejected based on the condition of the item. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
6. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get the style or color you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
